Available = the specimen is available for purchase.

Reserved = the specimen has been requested by another customer, but not yet paid. Most reserved specimens are eventually purchased, but on occasion, the purchases fall through. In this event, you may send an email to add your name to a wait list for the specimen.

Sold specimens are removed from the web site.
