The majority of this specimen is composed of small, snow white albite crystals, upon which sit small, scattered muscovite and quartz crystals. Of greatest interest here are patches of opal-AN, almost invisible to the unaided eye but quite visible under shortwave UV, where they glow a brilliant neon green. Opal is not listed on Mindat's mineral list for this locality.
