composed of small, snow white albite crystals, upon which
sit small, scattered muscovite and quartz crystals. Of
greatest interest here are patches of opal-AN, almost
invisible to the unaided eye but quite visible under
shortwave UV, where they glow a brilliant neon green. Opal
is not listed on Mindat's mineral
list for this locality.
