A chunk of opaque, grey chert produced
from fossil radiolarian skeletons. Sometimes called
radiolarite. High magnification is needed to discern
individual fossils. Carries an old Minerals Unlimited
label. Not pretty, but also not commonly represented in
mineral or rock collections.
