A deep blue, crystalline linarite patch measuring 4.0 cm adorns one face of a massive quartz matrix, adjacent to a crystalline quartz pocket. Minor fluorite present in this quartz pocket. A great linarite example for the price/locality. Might be trimmed to a miniature but I would be concerned about splitting through the linarite patch (unless the trim is accomplished with a saw). Self standing if you want the linarite patch on top, as shown. Yes, the sample is rusty (brown iron hydroxide/oxide coating). I would normally remove this rust it before photography, but there is no procedure yet known which can remove the rust without damaging the linarite.
