A dark brassy, crystalline pyrite matrix hosts numerous grey galena crystals, these reaching 8 mm. These galenas are mostly enveloped by a thin alteration rind, assumed to be anglesite. Despite the incipient alteration, the specimen appears stable; it lacks any crumbly areas or sulfurous odor. Not pretty, but mineralogically interesting.
