Lustrous, orange brown orpiment,
massive to crystalline, on a mixtures sulfides matrix.
Individual orpiment crystals reach 2.6 cm. Nice condition,
especially when you recall that orpiment is a soft mineral
(Mohs hardness 1 1/2 to 2) and shows bruises very readily
as yellow spots. A great example for this classic
species/locality.
