A lustrous, snow white stilbite crystal group. Other than the base cleave (removal from matrix), the specimen is in fine shape and sits well for display. The locality description at Mindat states "Collecting during construction [1969-1971] was extremely restricted to the geologist on the project [presumably Chuck Trantham], the guard at the dam, and a young geology student Rudy Tschernich [author of the classic work Zeolites of the World; download here]. Collecting is now not allowed." Has more history and character than your typical Maharashtra stilbite.
