A very faithful replacement of
scapolite by feldspar (likely albite?). Self standing and
in very fine condition. Unusual material; Mindat hosts just
five photos of mineral specimens from this locality,
none of which are of these classic pseudomorphs. Now
apparently off limits for
collecting.
