A hand sized specimen of mostly translucent pollucite. Pollucite is a cesium zeolite - (Cs,Na)2(Al2Si4O12)ยท2H2O, which like a small group of other pegmatite minerals (spodumene, topaz and beryl to name the most common members) is readily corroded by the same fluids which deposited it. This nice example is self standing.
