A blocky gypsum crystal from the
locality better known for its quartz replacements of
anhydrite. Although the term 'selenite' it used much too
frequently - it should refer only to colorless,
transparent samples - this specimen clearly deserves this
varietal label. Minor contact point where removed from
matrix, otherwise very nice condition.
