A polycrystalline, opaque gypsum crystal cluster, having the typical form of gypsum crystals formed in soil. Highly transparent interior visible where the specimen is cleaved. Unusual locality. The cleaved area shows modest fluorescence under both longwave and shortwave UV. Overall condition is quite nice, especially given gypsum's softness (2 on the Mohs scale) and how it was brought to the surface (a plow!).
