This specimen began as a prismatic tourmaline crystal which was subsequently replaced by silvery, crystalline muscovite (i.e. a pseudomorph). Sits on a knob of crystalline feldspar (albite?) matrix. From the collection of (and likely collected by) Chuck Houser.
