19556: Gypsum variety Selenite - $16 Santa Eulalia Mining District, Aquiles Serdán Municipality, Chihuahua, Mexico Thumbnail - 3.1 x 2.8 x 1.1 cm 0.8 grams Specimen status: Available Send an email with specimen number to order A cluster of water clear gypsum blades,
easily deserving of the 'selenite' moniker. Except for
only tiny bruise on one termination thus cluster is in
superb condition. Currently mounted on a styrofoam base in
a standard plastic 'Perkie' thumbnail box. It could be
dismounted fairly easily but I would be concerned about
possibility fragility. A very nice thumbnail for the
species.
